Purple Passion – 2020

This quilt was a Month-by-Month class at Quilter’s Studio in Longmont. The pattern is “Old School” by Quilt Soup pattern company. The quilt top sat unquilted for a long time. When I pulled it out to finish it, I thought it would be a good one to practice some custom quilting and digitizing. It was a fun learning experience.

“Disappearing Hourglass” from Missouri Star Quilt Co. Each star started as two 10″ squares of GRUNGE by Moda, stitched and cut, rearranged, and stitched and cut again, and stitched finally. Binding, the only tiny piece of star print in my stash.
