Board meetings are held on the first Tuesday of each month, from 6:30pm to 8:00pm at the Faith Community Lutheran Church (9775 Ute Hwy). Please come in the entrance at the back of the building on the north side. (Note that Board meetings are currently being held on Zoom. Please contact the President for the link if you wish to attend).
Members are welcome to attend the planning meeting. Contact the Guild President for an agenda.
If you’d like to speak at a Board Meeting or just come and participate, we welcome you. Please contact the Guild President at president@longmontquiltguild.org so that you may be included on the meeting agenda if you would like to speak. Meeting agendas are created well in advance of Board Meetings, so please give as much notice as possible.
